The story of HoliFit started when I, Jose Villablanca, was a personal trainer in GoodLife Fitness in Toronto, Canada.
As you know, work in 1st world countries is fast-paced & demanding, and most of my former clients have let their health go. When they came to me, they’re often a shell of their former selves.

Since it was my job to be a personal trainer, I always made sure my clients get results. Once they started becoming healthier & reaching their fitness goals, something changed. Their minds became sharper, & they became happier and more assertive.
When I see my clients get results, I get a kick out of it. Over time, I obsessed on health & fitness until I learned more about lifestyle optimization, where I transitioned to holistic lifestyle coaching. I turned my process down to a science, so clients can predictably get results once they work with me.
