Corporate Wellness Programs in the Philippines
HoliFit designs and runs corporate wellness programs for Philippine companies — fitness classes, team building, sports fests, well-being webinars, mental health programs and corporate gym management — fully managed so HR carries none of the logistics. More than 100 organizations, including Jollibee, GCash, Shopee, Canva, Manulife, Maxicare, AXA and Aon, have used our programs to reduce attrition, cut sick days and lift engagement.
What a corporate wellness program in the Philippines should include
A wellness program that works is not a one-off Zumba session. It is a calendar of activities that covers physical, mental and social health, is documented, and is measured. For Philippine employers it also has to satisfy the RA 11036 Mental Health Act and DOLE Department Order 208, which require a written mental health policy, regular programs and trained managers.
HoliFit’s programs are built from seven services you can combine:
- Corporate fitness classes — Zumba, HIIT, yoga, pilates and more, on-site or virtual, with certified coaches and guaranteed substitutes
- Well-being webinars — stress management, burnout, ergonomics, nutrition and financial health
- Corporate mental health program — RA 11036-compliant policy, manager training, referral system and documentation
- Team building — facilitated events with activities, props and venue sourcing handled end to end
- Company sports fest — full run-of-show organizing for teams of 50 to 5,000
- Corporate gym management — staffing, programming and equipment maintenance for your in-house gym
- Office R&R — portable wellness sessions brought to the office floor
Why Philippine companies invest in employee wellness
Replacing an employee costs roughly a third of their annual salary once recruitment, onboarding and lost productivity are counted. Attrition, absenteeism and rising HMO claims are the three costs HR leaders tell us they are trying to control, and all three respond to a structured wellness program. HoliFit clients have reported up to 33% savings from reduced attrition within the first months of a program.
The broader evidence points the same way: the World Health Organization estimates depression and anxiety cost the global economy about US$1 trillion a year in lost productivity, and its analysis with The Lancet Psychiatry found roughly a four-to-one return on investment in treating common mental health conditions.

Frequently asked questions
What is a corporate wellness program?
A structured set of activities and services an employer provides to support employees’ physical, mental and social health — typically fitness classes, mental health sessions, team events and health education — delivered on a recurring schedule and measured against goals such as attrition and absenteeism.
Is a wellness program required by law in the Philippines?
A mental health program is. RA 11036 and DOLE D.O. 208 require employers to have a written mental health policy, provide programs and services, and train HR and managers. Physical wellness activities are not mandated but are the most common way companies deliver the “programs” requirement.
Can HoliFit deliver to BPO and shift-based teams?
Yes. Sessions are scheduled around night and rotating shifts and delivered virtually where needed. Several current clients are BPOs.
Do you serve companies outside Metro Manila?
Yes. On-site programs run nationwide, including Cebu, Davao and Clark, and virtual programs reach any site.
How is HoliFit different from an HMO wellness add-on?
HMO add-ons are usually a hotline or a portal that few employees use. HoliFit runs live, facilitated programs with attendance and engagement reporting, so you can see who showed up and what changed.
