What distances can we offer?
Most company fun runs offer a short distance for beginners and a longer one for regular runners, plus a walk option so everyone joins. We recommend the mix after learning your headcount and venue.

What happens if it rains?
Outdoor events get a contingency plan from day one, with a covered or indoor backup for key moments like the awarding, and a rescheduling protocol if the weather doesn’t clear.
How far ahead should we book?
Most programs launch within 2 to 3 weeks of signing, but for a fun run book earlier. Venue, route, and vendor confirmations take time. Lock your date as soon as budget is approved.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. Because a fun run involves third-party vendors, earlier notice gives you a better chance of recovering anything already committed. We tell you exactly what’s recoverable at the time you cancel.
What do we get after the event?
A post-event report with turnout, participation rate, and photos for your internal comms.
