Recognize what you can and cannot control.
The weather, the passing of time, and the other people are just some things you have no influence over. Move on when you seem bogged down.
The only thing you have no control over is your own reaction towards these. Now, will you react positively or otherwise in the conduct of your life?

With regards to the “attacks” of other people, be mindful of your own mental and emotional state. What you see and regard as those who attack you may only be a biased one-sided perception of them. You control your reaction towards people.
Take note of your physical and social surroundings. Know where you are in relation to the things and people around you. Realize that your worth is just as significant as the person next to you, and you will begin to have a sense of achieving things in your control, and leaving this to be when they’re not.
If you offer your employees a wellness program, it shows your concern for their health and wellbeing. It shows how much the company cares about its employees’ health and emphasizes its importance.
