Take What You Need

A game where all participants take a paper toilet and pennies as much as they want. As many toilet paper and pennies as the participants get will share as many facts, either professional or personal information, with all the participants.
Paper Walk

A game where each team participant is given a piece of paper that they will use to cross the finish line without stepping on the ground. This game is where good communication and strategy are essential for the team to succeed.

An icebreaker game where team participants are instructed to recall their best 30 seconds moments in life quietly which they will discuss with the whole team.
Coin Logo
Objective: Icebreaker
An icebreaker game where creativity is essential to the team participants. It is a game wherein the participants are going to use the coins in their pockets to create their Logo. This game allows each participant to know more about their colleagues.
Dragon Tail
Objective: Strategize and communicate
A game of protecting the so-called treasure of a team. This is a strategic game wherein the groups will have to think about how to get the other group's flags while defending their own to stay in the game, so as long as they can protect their treasure, the game must go on.
Team Jump
Objective: Coordinate
A good coordination game in which the participants must jump accordingly. A team plays it by following the facilitator's instructions; whoever fails to follow is automatically out of the game.

A game that needs a strategy with good coordination in the group. In this game, Each group participant will form a straight line while sitting down with their feet locked to the person in front. The goal is to keep the formation intact while moving to the goal line.

How much does team building cost in the Philippines?
Pricing depends on headcount, activity format, duration, and whether the event needs an outside venue — enough variables that we quote per event rather than post a flat rate. As a reference point, HoliFit's full range of corporate wellness programs runs ₱3,000 per session up to ₱1.5M+ per year for a full annual calendar, and a single team building event sits well inside that. Tell us your headcount and preferred date and we'll quote it directly.
What's the minimum and maximum headcount you handle?
There's no fixed floor or ceiling — we've run the same 3Ps framework for tight department sessions and full-company gatherings with hundreds of people in one venue. What changes with size is the format: smaller groups get one facilitator running a single program, larger groups get multiple activity stations running in parallel so nobody's standing around waiting their turn.
How far in advance should we book?
There's no strict minimum, but the earlier you lock your date, the more say you get over venue and facilitator availability — slots fill up fastest heading into Q4 and mid-year peak season. If you're anchoring the event to a fixed date like an anniversary or town hall, treat that as your deadline to confirm with us, not the event date itself.
What's actually included in a team building package?
A HoliFit team building event includes trained facilitators, all activity props and equipment, a program built around the 3Ps (purpose, participation, programme), and on-site coordination from setup to wrap-up. If the event needs an external venue, we source and manage that too — you don't chase vendors, we do.
Can we do this virtually, or does it have to be on-site?
Both, and we also run hybrid sessions for teams split between office and remote work. On-site works best for physical, high-energy activities; virtual works well for icebreakers, communication games, and light competition over Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet. We'll recommend the format that fits your team, not the one that's easier for us to run.
Do you cover companies outside Metro Manila?
Yes — on-site coverage extends beyond Metro Manila; we've run programs in Cebu and other major hubs. If you're further out than that, virtual team building is available anywhere in the Philippines with the same facilitation quality.
What happens if it rains or we need to cancel?
Outdoor programs get a rain contingency built in from planning — an indoor or covered backup activity so the event doesn't get scrapped over weather. For cancellations on your end, we ask for at least 72 hours' notice — the same policy that applies across our other session-based services — since facilitators and any sourced venue need to be released or rebooked ahead of time. Less notice than that, and the event is billed as delivered.
How does billing and the contract work?
Every event runs on a signed service agreement that spells out scope, headcount, date, and payment terms before anything is booked — no verbal agreements, no surprise line items on invoice day. The deposit-to-balance split gets set when we scope your specific event, since it varies with size and lead time.
